Join Dangerously Poetic at the Ballina Art Gallery on Saturday 16 June, 12.30 – 2pm for an afternoon of poetry, art and music. Local poets featured in our latest publication, Wild Honey, will read. Local guitarist and friends will play ambient music. The theme is Nature and our relationship with it.

Embracing Winter
Winter is a time of reflection, stillness and gestation.
Come home to yourself at this gentle one day retreat guided by Laura Jan Shore and Bev Sweeney. In a nurturing circle, relax into poetry, Qigong, meditation, journaling and nature. We will imagine the winter of our lives, how we can age with grace and ease, how we can release old stories that no longer serve. We will uncover the beauty and nourishment of winter.
